Spicy Mango-Maple cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) 3 Lacs Spiced Rum
- 2 oz (60 ml) Del Monte Mango nectar
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) maple syrup or simple syrup*
- 1/2 (15 ml) oz lime juice
Directions

Place all ingredients in a shaker and add ice.

Shake for 5-8 seconds and pour into your finest glass.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
Chef's tip
Simple syrup sweetens cocktails without leaving residue at the bottom of the glass. To prepare it, mix equal parts of water and sugar, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, simmer for about 3 minutes until the liquid is clear and syrupy. Store the syrup in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
