Peach Bellini

Ingredients

1 oz (30 ml) Del Monte Peach nectar
2 oz (60 ml) Prosecco or other sparkling wine

Directions

Pour the cooled peach nectar into a champagne flute.
Slowly pour the sparkling wine into the flute.
Stir with a mixing spoon and garnish.

Chef's tip

Note that it tastes just as good in the evening as it does in the morning!
