Ingredients

1 1/4 oz (35 ml) White rum
3/4 oz (20 ml) Peach schnapps
1 oz ( 30 ml) Del Monte Mango nectar
1 oz (30 ml) Del Monte Pineapple breeze juice
1/2 dash of Bar mix*
1/2 dash of raspberry liqueur
5 oz (150 ml) Ice
2 oz (60 ml) Lemon-lime-flavored soft drink

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except soft drink, in a glass.
Add soft drink to mixture.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a few frozen raspberries.

Chef's tip

Bar Mix is a simple syrup to which lemon or lime juice is added. We encourage you to make your own with freshly squeezed juice, as it's much better than the artificial flavor packets sold in stores.
